If an "Error Code: -17 - Updating your IronKey failed" message appears during an update, the computer may not have the correct user permissions.
You must have administrator privileges to update your devices.
If you are an administrator of the computer, try rebooting the system and performing the update again.
If problems persist, please contact your IT Administrator for assistance in gaining the required permissions or try the update on a non-corporate machine such as a home computer.
