This is usually due to a new update on the server and your browser cache using the previous javascript files.
To clear the cache for just your SafeConsole site you may do the following in Chrome:
Open Dev Tools by pressing: F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I
Now by just leaving Dev tools open, right-click or click and hold the reload button next to the address bar. Now a somewhat 'hidden menu' opens.
Choose: "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"
