When connecting an H100/H200 disk drive, it shows as "Locked."

When a Defender product is connected to the computer, the writable drive will appear as "Locked" until a successful login operation is completed.  This applies to the H100 and H200 + Bio hard disk units.

If Autorun is enabled on a Windows computer, the Autorun flyout should appear prompting you to run the Start executable.  If the Autorun is not enabled or the screen does not appear, it will be necessary to navigate via File Explorer to the CD-ROM Defender icon and double click on Start.exe.  This should launch the Login screen to allow password and/or biometric entry and the "Locked" drive then appears as "Private."

When connecting the device to a Mac computer, two icons should appear, "Application" and "Locked."  Open Application and double-click on ACCESS to launch the login screen.
