You need to download and run the Master Password Utility using this link

Once you have downloaded this application:

  1. Run the downloaded software as an administrator.
  2. Connect your DL2(DataLocker Enterprise)
  3. Login into the device.
  4. Enter the current password.
  5. Enter the new password.
  6. Verify the new password.

Please note: This utility must be run on a Microsoft Windows-based system. Vista users need to RIGHT CLICK on the program icon and run the utility as an "Administrator"
