DataLocker has decided to discontinue development and marketing of DataLocker SafeCrypt and it's mobile apps (DataLocker SafeCrypt for iOS and Android).
Q: What will happen to my SafeCrypt encrypted data?
A: Under the perpetual license terms, you will be able to continue to use the SafeCrypt application indefinitely.
Q: Will I be able to get support for new operating systems as they are release?
A: Since development has halted, no new changes will be developed to fix new issues.
Q: If I have technical issues with my SafeCrypt installation, will I be able to get support from DataLocker support team?
A: DataLocker Support team will support known issues and help with work arounds. Since development has halted, no new changes will be developed to fix new issues.
Q: How long will I be able to activate and deactivate my perpetual license on new computers?
A: Please refer to the important dates below for dates of DataLocker’s Activation Service changes.
