To enable debug logging feature in SafeConsole 5.x and up, you simply run the SafeConsoleConfigurator again and on the last page of the configuration wizard, there is a drop-down to enable debug logging. Select TRACE to provide the most information for the Support team.
Please locate and send the SafeConsole.log and catalina_over_log4j2.log file to our Support team by attaching it to your ticket requests. Or you can simply zip up the entire logs folder.
The location of this file will normally be in C:\Program Files\safeconsole\logs\
