I am the only administrator of the Defender device, what should I do if my password and bio-metric access is blocked?

 

For the Defender F100, F150, F200, H100 and H200, you can no longer manage the Defender device because you can not access the device as an administrator using a bio-metric entry or a password. Furthermore, there are no other administrators who can access the device to unblock your access to the device. If you want to manage this device again, your only option is to recycle the device. This will erase all data and return the unit to factory status.

For the Defender F50, you should try the Recover Password sequence on the login screen.
