  •  Product is no longer available for purchase

  •  Customers with valid warranty or maintenance agreements continue to receive:

  •  Development has ended

  •  Product no longer receives regular updates or enhancements

  •  Support is limited to Best Effort, including:

    • Existing documentation

    •  Knowledge base resources

    •  Available internal guidance
