The following update package applies to H100 and H200 Enterprise devices to resolve issues when accessing the drives with MAC Sierra

In order to manually update your device to our latest software, please perform the following;


Back-up any data on your device prior to running the update package.

The update package must be run on a Windows Based system only.


1. Download the (update package) using the following link:

2. Connect the device but do NOT login.

3. Run the downloaded executable and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
