Applies only to SafeConsole OnPrem
SafeConsole will only show users that have registered a SafeConsole Ready flash drive and claimed it as theirs. If no clients have been deployed, SafeConsole will show only the OU structure of the Active Directory.
As users start using their devices or clients, provided that the endpoints have been prepared for deployment, the users will start appearing in SafeConsole and can be either browsed to in the Organizational overview or searched for in the Device view.
