Since the release El Capitan (version 10.11) MAC Operating System, the USB Hard Drive Industry have had reports of Drive mounting issues that either cause a pop-up message that needs to be cleared and ignored or worse case, the Drive does not mount and therefore can not be accessed.


Datalocker has identified a potential work-around that has worked for customers encountering this behavior.


Steps:


1. Power down for MAC Computer


2. Connect your H300 or H350


3. Power up your MAC


4. Launch Unlocker.app to login to the drive


You may also be able to click "OK" on the error messsage and continue to launch the device software and access the Drive as expected.


Datalocker is continuing to monitor and test new updates and Operating System releases is actively working to provide additional fixes for this issue.
