You can reclaim ACCESS Enterprise Manager or Server licenses by erasing the device within the ACCESS Enterprise console.


  1. Connect the device to a system hosting ACCESS Enterprise Manager or Server 
  2. Launch the console and select “Device Initialization” 
  3. Select “Manage Device” 
  4. Click on the “Erase” radial button and click “Next” 
  5. Your device will be erased and you will recover the device license  

Note: If you are prompted for a “Management Code”, enter the code set in the Initialization profile used for the device(s).
