You can reclaim ACCESS Enterprise Manager or Server licenses by erasing the device within the ACCESS Enterprise console.
- Connect the device to a system hosting ACCESS Enterprise Manager or Server
- Launch the console and select “Device Initialization”
- Select “Manage Device”
- Click on the “Erase” radial button and click “Next”
- Your device will be erased and you will recover the device license
Note: If you are prompted for a “Management Code”, enter the code set in the Initialization profile used for the device(s).
