For SafeConsole On-Prem:

When SafeConsole is linked to your Active Directory, it is common that the user that you are using to log into SafeConsole does not have the proper permissions.

  • Verify that you are not using an User with Domain Admins privileges.
  • Verify the user is in the correct security group that was chosen during the SafeConsole Configuration.  

For this example screenshot above, the user will need to be part of one of 3 security groups chosen.  If the dropdown box does not contain the correct group.  Please type the group in manually (case sensitive).

For SafeConsole Cloud:

This issue is known have been cause by outdated web browsers.  Please try an updated browser or a smart phone's web browser to further troubleshoot this issue.
