You may encounter an Application error (1087) when launching Mozilla Firefox or clicking the "my.ironkey.com" button within the IronKey Control Panel. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Insert and unlock your IronKey device.
  2. Go to the Settings > Network Settings menu.
  3. Enable "Direct Connection".
  4. Click "Management' to save the change and return to the Applications List.
  5. Launch Firefox or click "my.ironkey.com" to verify the error message no longer appears.
