An "Application error (25665535) A Control Panel application error has occurred" message appears when an incorrect Network Setting exists and/or when the onboard Firefox is being restored.
To resolve the error:
- Insert and unlock your IronKey device.
- In IronKey Control Panel, click Settings > Network Settings.
- Select Direct Connection", and then click Management" to return to the main menu.
- Click Mozilla Firefox to restore or launch the application.
