An "Application error (25665535) A Control Panel application error has occurred" message appears when an incorrect Network Setting exists and/or when the onboard Firefox is being restored.

To resolve the error:

  1. Insert and unlock your IronKey device.
  2. In IronKey Control Panel, click Settings > Network Settings.
  3. Select Direct Connection", and then click Management" to return to the main menu.
  4. Click Mozilla Firefox to restore or launch the application.
