After an update, an Admin device might require approval again, even though it was working fine prior to the update. If no users are found when you try to approve the user (in the Admin Tools of the IronKey Control Panel), do the following:
- Click "my.ironkey.com" in the IronKey Control Panel to open the "Admin Console".
- Demote the user to whom the device belongs to a Standard User role.
- Promote the user back to an Admin.
