This is a known issue and only applies to S100, S200, and D200 devices. This error can be caused when an Admin tries to recommission two devices in a row.

Here's how to avoid it: 

Update

  1. Update your devices to IronKey software release 2.5.3.0 or greater.

OR

Recommission Separately

  1. Recommission a device
  2. Click Management to go back to Control Panel
  3. Click Admin Tools > Recommission, then recommission the next device 
  4. Repeat as needed
