There are several things to check if you get a message stating that the Enterprise Activation code you entered is incorrect.
- Try copying and pasting the information from your email.
- Make sure you haven't accidentally pasted a space or some other incorrect data into the fields.
- Try activating the device from a different network.
- Try activating the device on a different computer.
- Check the Proxy server settings and make sure they are correct.
