There are several things to check if you get a message stating that the Enterprise Activation code you entered is incorrect.

  1. Try copying and pasting the information from your email.
  2. Make sure you haven't accidentally pasted a space or some other incorrect data into the fields.
  3. Try activating the device from a different network.
  4. Try activating the device on a different computer.
  5. Check the Proxy server settings and make sure they are correct.
  6. If Internet filtering software is in use, make sure that this is not interfering with network connectivity by white-listing the following URLs:
