Mac OSX:
Resetting your Sentry drive will wipe the drive contents and restore it to factory settings.  Click on Actions->Reset to restore the drive.

Windows:
Resetting your Sentry drive will wipe the drive contents and restore it to factory settings.  Click on Actions->Reset to restore the drive.



If the Reset option is not available it may be disabled in your SafeConsole policy. In that case you will have to reset your device through the SafeConsole Dashboard. Click on Devices then locate the device you want to reset by user, serial number, or other attributes. Then click Action -> Factory Reset
